Peanut Farm Remodel – Portola Valley Project Scope: Remodel two bathrooms at the Peanut Farm in Portola Valley. This was a collaboration between Pat Del Gavio Group and myself when I was at Artistic Stone Kitchen and Bath.

Whole House Remodel: My client wanted to remodel all their bathrooms, refinish the floors, add recessed lights and paint the interior of the house. This project took about 3 to 4 months to complete. The client moved out for the remodel.
Before: This was a 1930’s cottage in the Barron Park Neighborhood of Palo Alto. The home needed severe work. There was a broken foundation, dry rot and termites were holding hands to support the walls. The original house was 2 bedroom and 1 bath house totaling 900 sq ft of house with a detached garage.
