Barron Project – Before and After Modern Scandinavian

Before: This was a 1930’s cottage in the Barron Park Neighborhood of Palo Alto. The home needed severe work. There was a broken foundation, dry rot and termites were holding hands to support the walls. The original house was 2 bedroom and 1 bath house totaling 900 sq ft of house with a detached garage.

After: We kept part of the back section of the house. Remodel and addition created a brand new 2,200 sq. ft. home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths with drought tolerant landscaping. This project took about 10 months for construction and 13 months in planning and building in the city of Palo Alto.
